We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted for our coat stands and hallway furniture.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return period begins on the day you receive the item.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused and in original packaging. Items must be in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Cost
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged on delivery. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of faulty goods.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us via our contact page with your order details. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. Retain proof of postage.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or bespoke items may not be eligible for return. Items that have been used, altered or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded.
General Legal Requirements
This policy complies with New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Your statutory rights are not affected. If goods are faulty or do not match their description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the return process applies.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. You will receive confirmation when the refund is processed.
